I’m Emma Lloyd-Jones and have worked within the property industry for over 25 years.

 I started my career in property sales in central London, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, competitive market.

After many successful years at Hamptons International in their flagship Kensington office, I moved to a boutique agency in Chelsea, specialising exclusively in the finest developments in prime central London. During this time, I worked with busy international clients, delivering exceptional service, discretion, and support—often to tight deadlines and in highly pressurised circumstances.

Trust and confidentiality are at the heart of every client relationship I build. I have guided many clients through uncertain markets and unfamiliar territory, with my success rooted in tenacity and a calm, unflappable negotiating style—ensuring clients are always in the strongest possible position to secure their ideal property.

In 2020, I moved back to my roots in Kent with my family. While purchasing our own home, I was reminded just how time-consuming, overwhelming, and complex buying a property can be when it isn’t your everyday experience.

That realisation led me to help others navigate their home search with confidence. Through my long-established network of trusted contacts, I am perfectly placed to source off-market opportunities and work closely with local estate agents to find the very best properties for the right price.
