I will advise you on the pros and cons of the properties and their locations..

Once we have secured the right Property for the best terms that suit your timescales and needs, the conveyancing will be in the solicitors hands.
I will be liaising with your solicitors regularly on your behalf, making sure both buyers and sellers solicitors are progressing well and on track to get it over the line as quickly as possible.
Within this period, I will also be able to advise you on surveyors, architects, builders and decorators (and so the list goes on) and accompany on visits when required.
Once contracts have been exchanged, I can recommend and liaise with removal companies and any other professional services you may need to help make your move stress free and enjoyable.
