The 'BRIEF' stage is extremely important and is free of charge.  

ONE-OFF REGISTRATION FEE 

This is fully deductible from the final success fee upon completion. 

FINAL SUCCESS FEE FOR SALES  -1.25% of the final purchase price.

FINAL SUCCESS FEE FOR RENTALS - 1 month of the rental fee
